Server Management:

In much the same way that we have applied our experience of the Desktop world to formulate our remote Server Support service.

Once again, Customers are able to draw on the economies of scale available to 365SupportDesk through our 24x7 support of 100's of hosted and remote Servers and our common US technical team in place to support them. Through the use of automated tools and common procedures, we are able to manage this large "farm" of Open Systems Servers and perform such tasks as the application of interim Operating System Upgrades, or regular Virus Protection updates to all of the Intel Servers under our management much more cost effectively than any single Customer organization can. Add to this our ability to provide Consultancy and Project Services for all Intel and Virtuaal related projects and 365SupportDesk can safely say we are the optimum support option for all Server needs.

365SupportDesk is able to offer two options for purchasing its support services. Our unique 'fixed price' approach provides 24 x 7 support without the worries of downtime or expensive emergency support costs.

Desktop Support:

365SupportDesk's long association with desktop support has resulted in our Remote Desktop Management Service, which allows us to remotely manage and support any number of desktops with our Central Support team.

Our Support and Management software allows us to not only take remote control of a User's Desktop to administer online fixes/training, but also to the ability manage new software rollouts, virus protection and asset tracking/maintenance if required. We strongly believe that our Customers can truly benefit from 365SupportDesk's economies of scale, but at the same time we realize that Desktop Support has a strong personal involvement, which is why we take every effort to immerse our Support Team in the Customer's culture and provide that much needed critical support when you need it.
